Week 1: Sunday 11 to Sunday 18 July
Week 2: Sunday 18 to Sunday 25 July
Week 3: Sunday 25 July to Sunday 1 August
Week 4: Sunday 1 to Sunday 8 August
Week 5: Sunday 8 to Saturday 14 August
