XUK Activity Summer Camp Feedback

XUK Activity camp 2015 has given us unforgettable memories, fantastic friends from all over the world and new experiences that has opened our eyes! Together we have gone on a journey, we have explored, tried out new activities, toasted marshmallows over a camp fire, star gazed and dancing the night away at our summer camp disco.

After every summer we contact our campers and ask them to complete a questionnaire about their experience at our summer camp. We welcome all types of feedback to help us continually improve our camps and create a magical experience for your children every summer.

We are incredibly proud of the results of our feedback – please do take a look at what our parents have said below:

Every year we provide up to date information for parents before booking, including essential information about camp. 98% of parents stated they were satisfied with this information!

Our staff are the key to XUK’s atmosphere, quality activities and pastoral care for the children. When asked how parents rated the quality of our staff… 91% said staff were good or excellent!

Throughout summer we ensure our activities are diverse, exciting and challenging for all children – from quad biking, scuba diving and water zorbing to camp fires, arts and crafts and dance. When asked how parents rated the quality of our activities… 89% said activities were good or excellent!

Children have a choice to add on optional extras whilst booking – including a one of a kind trip to London to sightsee, shop and watch a famous West End show. When asked how parents rated the quality of optional extras… 80% rated them as good or excellent!

Every year we take trips to the local cities: Norwich, Bury St Edmunds and Cambridge. We take in the history, walk around the local markets and shop! 88% or parents rated the quality of these trips as good or excellent!!

We additionally provide English lessons as an optional extra at XUK Activity summer camp. Out of those who took English lessons, 86% said they were good or excellent!

We asked our children what the best thing about XUK summer camp is. Our campers answered that they loved the staff as they were “really kind and helpful”, “motivated” and “reliable”, they loved making friends from all over the world, and especially loved the “impressive choice” of activities, further quoting that there is “something for everyone”.

An outstanding 96% of parents further stated they would recommend XUK to a friend!!

We are delighted with the feedback that we have received about our summer camp and thanks to all of those that have contributed! We cannot wait to meet everyone again for summer 2016.
