Why travel to XUK?
Last year we had children from America, Spain, France, Italy, Russia and as far as Japan.

We understand why you are sending your child or teen to XUK. You want them to have fun and be safe in a different country, experiencing different activities and tasting the English culture. You may also want them to improve their English. We have considerable experience hosting children from abroad. In the past few years we have concentrated in making XUK an international brand and this culminates in having a diverse XUK where children can meet those from different areas and backgrounds.

Improving Your English
We believe that the best way to improve your English is to immerse yourself in the English culture rather than in a typical classroom setting. This way, all children can enjoy what they are doing, make the most of their time and naturally learn the language. We encourage all children to speak English throughout their time at camp and to mix with other English children and staff over their summer at XUK.

Airport collection
We organise collection from all major airports and train stations in South East England. We meet your child at the gate and take them to camp where we’ll do everything possible to help them settle in.. On departure we take them to the appropriate airport, check them in and make sure they get home safely!

Experiencing the UK
We make sure that your child makes the most of their time in England. We include a weekly trip to either Cambridge or Bury St. Edmunds, so if they’re at camp for two weeks they’ll get to see both! Our Wednesday trip is a great chance for children to have a trip off site, choose what they’d like to do for the day, and get to taste a bit more of the English Culture (and shops!!).

London Trip
This optional extra, designed especially for our visitors from abroad includes an overnight stay in a London hotel, a chance to see the big sights of London and a West End show. This was a particularly popular trip in 2007. This year (2008) we will be seeing 'Mamma Mia' and 'Grease'.

Gold Service
We know that travelling abroad can be expensive. So, we have designed a package to make XUK as affordable as possible. The ‘Gold Service’ is the easiest, cheapest and best way to book two weeks with all the extras. We have two gold service options for our international visitors:

International Gold:
Two weeks at XUK (weeks 1&2 or weeks 3&4)
All optional extras (excluding London trip)
Transport to and from the airport or train station

Capital Gold
Two full weeks at XUK (weeks 1&2 or weeks 3&4)
All optional extras
London Trip - a two day trip to London to see the sites and a West End show! Transport to and from the airport or train station
