How to get to XUK Activity

As with everything else at XUK, travelling there is all about giving you as much choice as possible. We offer the following options (for campers only) – please feel free to e-mail or call us on +44 20 8922 9739 should you have any questions.

Making your Own Way

If you wish to bring your child to camp, please bring them directly to XUK Activity - Dauntsey's School, West Lavington, Devizes, Wiltshire SN10 4HE

Check in is between 15:30 and 16:30 on the arrival day and collection at 10:00 on the day of departure.

Airport

We pick up from Heathrow, Gatwick and Bristol Airports.

Flights should arrive between 12:00 and 14:00 and depart between 14:00 & 16:00. Please note that there are additional charges for arrivals and departures outside these times.

We leave plenty of time to allow for traffic, check in and airport regulations so although there is waiting, we know you'd prefer it this way round!

Visas

Should you require a VISA, we have an ‘Invitation’ letter that we can scan to you. This will include details of our certification and your child’s stay. We will need to have received a scan copy of your child’s passport so we can include the relevant details. If you require, we can also courier this document to you for an additional charge.

Most our children / students who need a VISA arrive to the UK on a Standard Visitor VISA. Feel free to consult us if you have any questions. However, we are not able to advise on the VISA application process and recommend that you consult the UK Government Website or your local UK embassy.

Constance really loved every bit of her stay. Rachel, who looked after her dorm was a perfect second mummy to her!
